I've always been told that.They wont even allow the tech to install NIC anymore. I started using usb to ethernet on older machines.I'm all about making the customer happy but the line has to be drawn somewhere. I've even set up computers for customers when they bought it wally world order triple play and then said they were sorry they didnt know how to do it. I guess no matter what all techs have to be versed in MAC,Linux,Red hat,windows....etc...etc..Oh well so be it.
