Pretty funny. While I know you are intelligent enough to understand the meaning, let's pretend you are a dumbass (just saying, not actually calling you one) and look at the words and the INTENTION of those words: It means the VEHICLE is supposed to be WHITE, not the driver or the owner. But you knew that already.
