I agree with these guys, we have been doing a simulcast for 11 years and 99% percent of the problems are in the house. The customers that want digital already have a piece of equipment with a receiver, it's the cost of DTA's that will kill you. After you get it going, start cutting back on the analog and people will switch over as they lose the channels they want, giving you time to keep up with the service calls and box demands.
