that pic come out of west palm fla, it was a 10 minute peak hold in the hub site, we were injecting 48 db cw carrier at the last LE. which shows a 55 db C/N using the markers, also shows almost 20 db of headroom above the digital haystack the modems produce, the pic is generated using a HP 8591C in the hubsite return reciever,, thats how i roll  :)
