Hello GUys I wonder the same thing.  I thinks its not only the under bidding but comcast refusal to pay because they know someone will do it in this economic climate.  The new thing is burying lines.  They do not pay you footage or side walk boring footage on drop lines.  They are gracious enough not to put that standard on coaxial cable.  The other reason could be that theres only one prime for the pg county area. You know how it is they give the good work to your pals and everybody else gets the leftovers especially if you have been given a monopoly on all the work for comcast. That why comcast the monopoly has messed this industry up by relying on number crunchers and thier responsibility to share holders(lol).
