Is this everones answer to this problem? Did anyone stop to think that maybe this tech did poor work and the company is holding their check due to future chargebacks? Or maybe the tech in question has equipment owned by the company and is refusing to turn it in? I agree that if you have money owed to you then it should be paid, but all of the facts must be laid out before you start a claim against a company.
