OK, and God said that to Adam and not Eve, so it was OK for Eve to partake of the fruit?
And I suppose that because Jesus told Nicodemus "Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God." that ONLY Nicodemus needs to be born again, for all others:
...all one needs to enter heaven is to:
1] Believe in but ONE God
2] Have a heartfelt sorrow for your sins.
That's it. Nothing about being born again,
