Hey Hookman, calling System Managers glorified installers is really giving them a compliment! Many of the projects I've been on the system management people have never spent an HOUR in the field, let along a year or more. They don't know anything about their systems except numbers. Most couldn't identify a straight splice or a connector if their lives depended on it (and ironically, their livelihood really does in the end).
