DTV background check info

Been banging out installs for the ever infamous Dish1Up (only 4 or so a month and slow to pay but does), doing some HDTV repair of syntechs (pretty good company), and some dish work for sat country in Liberal KS.  was looking to jump on with a local DTV company but curious of the background check.  got a deferred adjudication out of texas in aug 2004 for felony delivery but all completed and life is good.  i cleared for syntechs and dish but i know dave is a little tighter on his ship.  anyone know exactly what they are looking for and how far back.......beyond that a little bit of crappy credit, but dont even have any traffic violations....
