Re: Any HPNA techs?

Thanks for replying.  We have changed ONT's.  We are using Calix equipment.  The other questions you ask about, they don't see a need to give us this type of info.  10 base link or full?     How many boxes?  Well, thats funny you ask.  We have in some places 10 boxes, with no problems...others, have 1 box with all kinds of issues.  Like I said before...new outlets, new boxes,  same problem.  I'm wondering if there maybe voltage on the line thats setting at the splitter.  We use a program called coppergate that you plug into the network and it monitors packet loss...I can plug into a network and see no packet loss but a box will reboot.
