looking at the options I haven't decided if I am going to screw with chasing down a-hole companies who don't want to pay with judgements.  lot of money, time, and work to do that. 

less hassle to file a mechanics lien and send a nice letter to the people who get liens why they are getting a lien along with a list of other people who got liens.  Maybe suggest they file suit against any applicable service provider if they were promised free installation, call the local newspapers, and contact the state attorney general.
