Actually it is for misclassification. I.E. you are really an employee not a sub. Thus OT, and then Back Charges will be come issues.
They got MB by the balls. You have to wear a uniform, be onsite when they say, they route you, they supervise you, you are an employee.
Once it is determined that subs were employee's, the flood gates are open.
