They are changing the pay structure for all subs.
You get a base, then you get a bonus for hitting certain goals. Completion %, Phone Lines, Sin 7, Sin 90, FSR's, OTG, Hand Held Activation, and customer satisfaction survey.
So you no longer get a "CHARGE BACK" for SIN's, and FSR's. OTG "CHARGE BACK" was cut in 1/2.
The only thing that pisses me off is the post call. One person can't figure out how to answer the questions, or hit 1 instead of 2, and you are nailed on every job for a 2 week period.
I have heard that there are some Subs that are just cutting the pay to the techs and just keeping the bonus if they get it.
