More than likely nothing except see those getting their LV license quickly move on to bigger and better paying positions elsewhere, or simply becoming LV contractors themselves once they realize there is better coin to be made with that certification.
I doubt it will make the payout go up as the MSO's will all fall in line with some of the others that have already done so and assure their primes are entirely employee based so that they can continue to lower pricing across the board.
