This is a forum and I just wanted to spread what I saw....not everything out there.
Any guidance on collections would be appreciated...PM for a mailing address or e-mail. I have the judgment in collection by a local attorney but it seems that whatever is decided stays in the court house. There is no mechanism for dragging this guy into court with his money and making him pay. He closed all bank accounts and left the state, I found him in PA but it is like trying to go to another planet.
My mature and balanced mind says work within the system...he is racking up interest at 10%..not compounded... then there is a little voice that whispers..."baseball bat...go to PA ... beat the fuck out of this dirt ball...take his stuff and let him sue you!"
But we are a nation of laws.
