And by the way....in trying to collect a four thousand dollar judgment against this same guy...I found he had some gun charges and was put on probation. He also left the state to avoid paying me. The reason for not crossing state lines to work for dirt ball companies is that you have to start over (just about) to transfer judgments.
In fairness...this guy was probably hosed pretty good by DirectSatUSA. But instead of trying to work at suing the HSP he chose to shut down and run because other background things were also hitting him at the same time. Sp he chose to run...with the money of others including me.
I did better with the next ( and final) installation company. The cops were going to put him in jail unless he paid everyone.
A major reason to drop sat work is that cable systems cannot run from overhead costs.
