Re: Brother

That is when you know a nerve has been hit. Usually the child like response when one can't articulate any sensible discussion, but would rather lash out in anger and let it fly. By the way, I have been there and done that myself, before being the pot that called the kettle black. Just another reason I can thank God for loving me enough to save me and lead fromt the darkness to the light. Until one decides they thirst for the truth enough to spend the time to find it, they will continue on carnally and in darkness. Mark bashes the fact I have claimed to have researched the truth, not knowing how or where I have done so, just out of plain ignorance. I graduated a Bible college course that went chronologically through the entire Word, taking 6, 18 week semesters, 3 hours a night, one night a week, and have started it over again. They look at ALL doctrines and discuss who believes what and why. How the Bible came into extistence and what ALL translations were derived from. That being just the tip of the iceberg. I have read book after book on every angle I could find, keeping an open mind when studying aethism, evolution, and different faiths outside Christianity. I have found that when discussing beliefs with someone and they can't seem to give an answer as to why they believe what they believe, or what information they used to come to that conclusion, that they more than likely are just repeating what they heard somewhere or just was taught that without looking into the credibility of what they were being taught. Some are even culturally handed down and as a child you believe what adults tell you, because you trust them. It truly amazes me that anyone could not dig deep for the truth after hearing the consequences of what a life of separation from God means. I could give all the credibility to how the research I have done brought me to what I believe and would still get the same off the wall response. All I can do is pray that God touches their heart and opens their eyes before it is too late for them. That and continue to share the Gospel. Time to get ready to go fellowship with my Christian brothers and sisters in Christ, worship God in song and prayer, and get fed the message God has prepared and laid on my pastor's heart to share with us today! Love it! So thankful we live in a country that we can do so without persecution. Maybe ridicule, but no persecution. Praise GOD!
