ADVANCED COMMUNICATIONS TOLD ALL ON A CONFERENCE CALL THAT ANYONE THAT WAITED LONGER THAN FOUR MINUTES WAS A LIAR....HOW MANY PEOPLE WAITED MORE THAN 4 MINUTES ON A CALL IN, AND THEN GOT HUNG UP ON OR HAD TO LEAVE A VM 20 MINUTES LATER????....I HAD A JOB WHERE THE CUSTOMER CANCELLED 3 DAYS BEFORE THE INSTALL AND WHEN I SHOWED UP TO DO INSTALL THE CUSTOMER TOLD ME SHE CANCELLED ALREADY...SO I HAD TO SIT IN FRONT OF HOUSE TO CALL IN TO THE COMPANY TO TELL THEM SO I DIDN'T GET A BACKCHARGE...I WAS SO AFRAID TO LEAVE BECAUSE THEY(ADAVANCED COMMUNICATIONS THAT WAS DOING INSTALL WORK FOR SMART CIRCLE)WOULD BACK CHARGE ME FOR NOT GETTING THE VM OR SOMETHING AND ME GETTING CHARGED FOR A JOB I COULDN'T EVEN DO....45 MINUTES LATER I WAS LEAVING...THE CUSTOMER THOUGHT I WAS STALKING HER OR SOMETHING BECAUSE I HAD TO SIT IN FRONT OF HER HOUSE UNTILL I GOT THRU....ALL TO AVOID A BACKCHARGE!!!!! WHAT AN ORDEAL!!!
