What do we do with 400+ installs that we know that have been not grounded or concreted poles and home depot or lowes KAKU poles that are adapted with self tappers. We were in the process of cleaning up this mess for the customers that paid for a professional installer to install their Directv System. These techs have clearly been in the Directv industry and know better. They currently do work for in many locations throughout the Southeast. We are concerned about the integrity of the installs that are left out there. What or who do we contact in the known event that we no longer have a contract and said Company has removed all pay for us to clean up their customers installs with proper NEC codes and procedures. Does Directv have an interest in making sure these Clients are ensuring proper installs for these customers. All customers are on spreadsheet and were being dealt with until our funds were seized.
