Well, we are only doing HPNA over coax. We have done it over cat5 thinking that would help us with our issues. The problems you talked about I have learned the hard way already. The thing is, I can go and rewire every outlet in a house, swap every box and the customer would have the same isuue. So your next statement would be there is a network issue. Well, the neighbor has our service and they have no problems at all. I'm not sure that it's a plant issue. We have Cisco boxes...which wouldn't have been my first choice. They reboot all the time with some customers. We have bought power conditioners to see if it's the power, it's not. I am just at a loss with it and it's frustrating.
