Its not the point on if they sign or not, but if they do refuse to sign, document it. Its kinda like a poker game,..if you have a document, saying that the above company is refusing, and ask the guy to sign it..he's going to start thinking "maybe this guy is serious and we can't BS him"....but if you do nothing, then you can argue nothing..
