Reminds me of when I was in Lakewood, California back in the mid-1980's and the customer had a similar brain fart. She was cussing the cable company because her new remote cable box did not work. Supposedly she had 3 different system tech's at her home and confirmed that the cable and remote system did work. I went there and also confirmed the same. Before I left, I asked the customer to kindly turn on the converter and change the channels. She walked over to the table and picked up her remote control telephone and was pressing the buttons screaming at the top of her voice "SEE, IT STILL DOES NOT WORK!!!!!".
