be installing for them bout a year,, expect 3 to 4  weeks on pay,,but they have always paid, i did about 60 installs for them in the past year,,, i've heard they dropped their rates for new installers , but mine are the same as started,, unless you are in a really good market, i wouldn't expect to make a living off of them, just desent extra money,,, i get bout 4-6 a month.....
