NCS Cable

Anybody heard of National Cable Security?  I think they are out of Mass.  I saw an ad for voluntary disconnect tech.s.  Thought I might pick up some extra cash.  They claim there is no door beating or collecting involved. Are these guys legit? And can you make any $ doing this?  Any info appreciated.
