I think it was Camden N.J. P.D. that won't hire anyone with an IQ over 120. They have found that people with higher IQ's suffer from ambition and high rates of job dissatisfaction, leading to a large turnover in employees. So the choice is to have intelligent or dumb cops, I guess it depends on whether you need their help or you're trying to get out of a ticket.
