Well to tell you the truth, Sweeping will tell you if it will work, but that is not the answer, the answer is taking our profession back from the hacks, you know, the It will fly attitude, It was a New run of coax and that is what the customer paid for, without deforms or defects and if the contractor placed a sub-par coax then he should be held accountable for his quality of work and not pass it off onto some one else, A brand new piece of coax should not have to be swept, just the connections.
