I hope he at least turned on the exhaust fan to keep from poisoning himself.
I use to always carry a small charcoal grill and a bag of matchlight in the back of the truck.
People use to look at me like I was nuts as I was grilling steaks, burgers, shrimp, chops or what ever in the parking lot of the motel.
Some nights there would be a couple of crews and we would take over part of the lot. Also use to have a crock pot in the truck I ran off the inverter. That is when I had a bucket van, bungee corded it in one of the shelf's and strapped the lid on tight, by the end of the day dinner was ready. Did that cause some of the places I stayed at would unplug the thing and bitch at me for cooking in the room.
Man I haven't thought about any of that stuff for years, they were good times. Made good money, had good friends, had good times and got the job done right.
