Guys,
I have followed this and what has been  stated = Directv knows the land lines are not out there. Since they want them connected they motivate connections. When this doesn't work and folks who would willingly cooperate cannot respond..they say......"fuck 'em! We will just make the money up out of their hides"

Land lines are declining. Other things are coming along. Look forward.......Directv is / was a great technology but because it chose to eat it's children I suggest that, when done, do flush so the next contractor can enjoy the bogus back charges and fraudulent subcontractors to the fullest.
