Don't any one of you know about internet perental control, you can also set your internet firewall for no in/out after a certian time so they can still have local access to the apps on the computer, If they have a smart phone that also can be blocked, like only allow calls to Grandma or from certain people on your trusted list and of course 911, just because you go to bed at 9pm, don't force it upon a 16,17 year old, they are going to do it.
Also most mischief is done during school hours, no need to sneek out at night, they are already too tired from the daily activity
