Unfortunately, linemen are a dying breed as well. It seems anymore the next generation of linemen want to be bucket babies or fiber fairies and God forbid they have to get into an easement run. I truly hope I am wrong, but I honestly believe it will be impossible to find hardcore linemen 10 years down the road. And if there are any young linemen out there busting their asses and humping easement, this post is not meant for you. Stay safe all.
