Oh yeah, I started with a small system and you pretty much had to learn and do everything. I use to go out build a plant extension, activate it and do the install. Sometimes all in the same day. Me and my partner would take turns on who was going to be the grunt and who was going to climb or run the plow if it was underground. Other days might do installs and service calls then go hang a power supply. Was never boring always something different. But the more you know and can do the more you can make. Started out making $4.40 an hour now I make a bit more.
