Re: Picture formats changing?

Well i had never seen this in the past, as it is happening now. I figured it was the programmers doing this, but why? My next step was to tell the customers this is the way it is being broadcast, and they would need to contact the networks to get an answer.I appreciate all of the input from everyone.Thanks
