As I told Goodsky I'm going back to the site today and rework the problem from the beginning. I'll take your and Goodsky's suggestions and try them.
To answer your question about the electrical outlets yes I tested them and they tested OK. I'm also made sure the 3 outlets I tried were on 3 separate circuits. Today I'll try running a extension cord from another building that's on its own power to rule out the buildings power.
I thought it was a power issue at first but when the UPS didn't stop it I started looking else where.
Like I told Goodsky thanks for the information, I'll let you know what I find. Some times it take fresh eyes to see the issue. If I am still stuck after I try everything I'll give you a call.
