At the end of the pay week issue them an invoice for amount due.Unless it states in a signed contract that you have to supply everything then bill them for it.After awhile of your invoices not being paid in full...since your a contractor...Send a letter to corp..you have documentation..why would a tech have to pay for the materials? Excess in fuel because of poor routing etc.. I've been in cable and was gonns try sat work and if I do thats what I would do..after all you are your own company eveyone I have talked to seems to point that out.So if and when I do it I will work 4-5 days a week..3 2-3 box installs and thats all im available for..They cant dictate anything else without a contract.Besides sat guys are gonna start suing directv and primes for overtime.Dont see much of that on here. But it will happen. They are treated just like cable installers and they have had big lawsuits...Maybe this should be in the rants and rave..
