There are some more but these are the basics.
If any jobs involves lots of custom work or service rebuilds or anything out of the norm we just put in for what they call OEP and they pay the custom to us and we don't have to charge the customer anything if they aren't willing to pay. Also get overtime after 40 and drive time if over an hour drive is involved.
