Wise Owl is one of the most back-charging companies you can work for. Whenever you hear people talk about JP&D, they're talking about Wise Owl. They used to charge us $100 for not taking QC pictures of a job, whther the job itself paid that much or not. if you're thinking about working for them in respect to Connexions and the MDU projects, make sure you learn about ALL the chargebacks prior to beginning work.
