By reading other posts from other techs in both fields, I am afraid the situation is the same. Its a crappy economy. They know they can pay less.
Time Warner just did a big re-structuring of thier billable coding. A reconnect, $8, outlet $5, Box $5, Modem $5, Wireless $7, Ground $1, drop $19. A double play 1 box, modem is $35, run a new drop $10 more.
