This goes hand in hand with covering your own ass! Use your meter to determine if snr is coming from line problem or house side, if it's house side you are responsible, if line problem you are not. Document the work order with levels at tap and at ground block. If you get backcharged for a line problem that is not your fault, present it professionally to your supervisor, if he doesn't care you need to decide whether to continue working for a thief or not? I find that if you are an asset to the company and can present yourself accordingly a supervisor will listen, if not, then tell him thanks for the oppurtunity but you'll find honest employment elsewhere. Not bein smart, but people need to make a stand against the thievery or shut up and continue to take it up the ass!! I know that times are tough out there and it is hard to walk from a job, but your doin no one any favors by continuing to work for dishonest companies.
