KAKU -SWM price drop???

We have been cut $10 per SWM install in our area, reason being that we are not using enough cable and fittings to justify the extra $10, it pays the same as an 18" ( even tho it take 10 more minutes to put it together, and additional time for the mono-poles and alignment )  my question is--- was this a nation wide cut or just our warehouse manger trying to makes his bottom line look better. or out contractor padding their pockets,,,  this started back on  1-1-11,,
