This is how it is supposed to work.
Comcast gets to disavow responsibility for this contractor who passed a background test. How many Hispanic males named Torres do you think might be wandering around Texas? So this guy might be the guilty guy and after trial he goes to jail....for awhile.....in Texas maybe a long while.
But when the victim gets around to suing for damages....she was rapped......who pays? The installation company may have a few bucks or some insurance. Comcast is not involved.
