Re: DirecTV 120days

On January 13, 2011 the Court granted our Motion for Conditional Certification and Judicial Notice. This is a huge moment in the case because now, any installation tech who performed work for Multiband through its various contracting companies from July 1, 2007 to the present will receive a letter giving them the opportunity to join our case. We believe that there are more than 3,000 technicians eligible to receive the letter, which will be sent in March or April 2011. The next step in the case is to continue exchanging information with Multiband about your claims and about their defenses. This phase of the case will take up much of the next six months and is an incredibly important part of the lawsuit. Our case clerk Bruce Holman will be contacting you to discuss this phase of the case and to obtain documents and other information in your possession. We will update you again soon with further information about the notice process.

This is the firm that advertises on here. If worked for a subpartner for Mulitband, guess what... You got someone fighting for you.

Mastec all it takes in one subpartner contractor to kick on off like this. So the 120day and Phone Line chargebacks, FSR's... Its comming.....
