Pay rate reductions in Comcast systems

I am currently working for Prince in the Phila/ NJ area and we have seen rate changes supposedly caused by Comcast putting out new pay rates. Has anyone else who is working for Comcast seen a pay decrease, and if so, can you say how much. This may be the end of the long road.
