Little hint.....1st do start the small claims thing + DO add collection costs to what you ask he courts for. This will allow a collection company or lawyer to add their fees to your money. If you can, ask the courts to freeze their bank account so some money is still there. Write down their tag numbers and find out where they live. READ the collection laws in your state. Put a lien on their money held by the HSP.
