Apparently you don't accept private messages so in response to the one you sent me: 4 weeks out is alittle long but not completely unheard of, and 60/15 should be your RD rate, not HD. 70/15 is about average for an HD rate. I've seen 65/20, which isn't bad if you're doing 3 and 4 setters all the time, and 70/10 - 75/10. Anybody else have input on average rates for Advanced Communications, i.e. Smart Circle?
