Way to go cableguy. I never thought I would hear anyone say it but no one ever thinks that maybe they did something wrong and that is why they got the back charge. They always talk about how it is someone else's fault and they are the best tech ever. I commend you on pointing that out.

And for all of those that are now doing something else...why are you still on here complaining? And I would bet that your current job has some down sides too. B/c ALL jobs have them. But if you love what you do and you are good at what you do those down sides are minimal in effect...

I'm just saying....
