With TWC North Texas, this is what you have to put up with.
Always short on both CPE and materials (expect you to retrip installs once CPE comes in)
8-9 Installs a day.
TWC new pricing codes, COS(change of service or install) $8, Box $4, modem $9
Being told that there is a freeze in effect meaning you cantgo to another contractor if you dont like the one your with.
Surveys..complete crap. Dont have a computer do the work of a trained CSR.
