1. Remove the LNB
2. Place it on the Dashboard
3. Crank your defrost on high
4. Give it about 5 minutes
5. Put warmed LNB on dish
6. Retest
7. BINGO!
On to the next job!

Here is what I have found that works, but this has only been happening since it got colder here.
1. Remove the LNB
2. Place it on the Dashboard
3. Crank your defrost on high
4. Give it about 5 minutes
5. Put warmed LNB on dish
6. Retest
7. BINGO!
On to the next job!
