Re: dtv swm lnbs, h24 not detecting swm, other rec

wonder why dtv sent this out then-http://www.zoomerang.com/Survey/WEB22BTAZLZRS3/, surely to god it wasn't just cause i don't know what i'm doing. turns out it may not have been lnbs but may have been software issue shorting lnb (maybe, don't no,don't care), know what to look for & how to fix it now, not getting service call charge backs anymore, which was what was pissing me off to begin with. but the 2 pieces of equipment affected are swm3 & h24s, swm5's seem to be immune. you aren't seeing it cause for some reason it's only affecting retail equipment, not hsp's from what i hear. hundreds huh? don't worry, you'll catch up.lol
