I had a bad fall on the ice last week, went to get in my truck and right at the over hang where all the water melts and drips down was a sheet 0f ice, I hit it and went horizontal flat on my back. First time I ever went down like that, laid there for a moment to asset the damages , just my elbow a little sore , I was really lucky I didn't crack my nogan open. now I shuffle like an old man across ice.
