Ok guys heres the deal the drop was grandfathered in according to the rules here, if it is currently serviced you have to leave it serviced. Yes the tap was hot pulling 24/42..then daisy chain spilitters in house box and behind modem/mta. It was an rg-11 replacing an rg-6. Not to mention the relocte to power double wrap the house.. I was just frustrated guys and needed to vent...
